
Lemon Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 oz Best Italian Pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Cook Best Italian Pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large pan, melt butter with olive oil over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the drained pasta, tossing to coat. Stir in reserved pasta water as needed for a silky sauce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the bright, refreshing flavors of Italy!
