
Simple Garlic & Olive Oil Pasta (Aglio e Olio)

Ingredients:
- 8 oz Best Italian Pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook Best Italian Pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over low heat and sauté garlic until golden. Add red pepper flakes.
- Toss in the drained pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed for a silky sauce.
- Season with salt, garnish with parsley, and top with Parmesan if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy the authentic taste of Italy!
