OBTAINED FROM OLIVES GROWN, HARVESTED AND PROCESSED IN SALENTO, IN THE FAMILY OIL MILL.

Superior Category Olive Oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Naturally decanted oil.

Blend obtained from the Cultivar Cellina di Nardò, Ogliarola Salentina and Leccino. Medium fruity, very balanced with notes of almond, artichoke and cut grass. Acidity less than 0.4%.

Store in a cool place, away from heat sources and protected from light.
