Fusillo Gigante

Crafted in Abruzzo, Italy, this large-spiral “gigante” version of fusilli is made by Giuseppe Cocco using premium durum wheat semolina, pure spring water, and bronze-cut dies that give it a rough, sauce-gripping texture. 

The generous spiral shape is ideal for hearty ragùs, baked pasta dishes, or bold pesto sauces — the grooves and hollow center hold sauce beautifully.

With a traditional drying process at low temperatures, this artisanal pasta delivers a firm “al dente” bite and authentic Italian flavor.
